Identical to CC-DEV-01 — all 12 line items (CC-DEV-02.01 through CC-DEV-02.12).

Out of Scope

  • All CC-DEV-01 exclusions apply to the build phase
  • Support retainer covers maintenance and minor enhancements only — major new features require a separate scope
  • Retainer hours do not roll over month-to-month
  • Third-party SaaS costs remain the client's responsibility

Indicative Terms

These are skeleton terms provided for transparency. Final terms are agreed in the engagement contract.

Build Payment

Same as CC-DEV-01: 30% on kickoff, 30% on prototype, 40% on deployment.

Support Retainer

Billed monthly in advance. Minimum 3-month initial commitment. 30-day written notice to cancel after the initial period.

Support SLA

Critical issues: response within 1 business day. Standard requests: within 3 business days. Scope defined in a support agreement addendum.

IP & Confidentiality

Same terms as CC-DEV-01. Custom code transfers on final build payment. All data under Confidentiality Policy.
